Named as one of The Gospel Coalition’s "15 Christian Artists to Watch" alongside Forrest Frank, Rochdale's From The Ground Up is quickly making an impact on the indie-Christian music scene.
Their honest, acoustic-driven sound has earned them airplay on Premier Praise and UCB Radio, as well as opportunities to lead worship at major UK festivals like David’s Tent and Creationfest.
The band’s origins are deeply personal. Formed as a way to process their grief through songwriting and worship after losing their father, John Oldham, to COVID-19 in December 2020. What started as a family navigating tragedy has since grown into music that resonates with listeners across the world.
